Led by Dr. Sam Nematbakhsh, who has more than a decade of experience providing safe and effective dental care, Park Creek Dental Care is proud to serve patients throughout Woodstock and the surrounding communities, including Milton, Canton, and Marietta. To ensure our patients receive specialized care in one convenient location, we also have a periodontist who regularly visits our office to provide advanced periodontal treatment on-site.
