You wanna talk about professional? This place is as professional as you can get. I went in there after a while of not going to the dentist (life got in the way, moved, yada yada) and I had some issues. Who would have guessed? You know what Dr. Sam DIDN'T do? He didn't chastise me or make me feel bad about it. What he did was let me know what was going on and how we were going to treat everything. I went back a few weeks later to get two fillings done. There's no possible way the procedure could have gone smoother. His assistant Harrison was amazing as well, he'll will be a great dentist in the future. And... they're open on Saturday! If you need a dentist, look no further. This place is all around above and beyond.

I had a broken tooth and was in horrendous pain and thought that I was going to have to wait an additional 2 days before I could receive treatment. A quick internet search for emergency dentist and I found this office. All I can say is what a blessing! I was able to schedule myself for an emergency appt online and show up! I was a little nervous, choosing to do an extraction and Dr. Sam was so gentle and didn’t hurt me at all. He and his staff were so kind and sweet throughout the whole process. Dr Sam and his staff go above and beyond when caring for their patients. Because Dr Sam made himself available for an emergency exam and afterwards constant communication, I narrowly avoided a potential life threatening situation due to an infection from a cracked tooth. I visited this dental office on Saturday, first of all, the office is very clean and comforting, the front office staff was very sweet and helpful and Dr. Sam was the best! They scheduled me for Friday to do the extraction but fortunately, I was able to get an earlier appointment which I was grateful! Let me say that the experience was painless! Dr Sam and his aid walked me thru the process and it was great! Dr. Sam extracted the tooth so quickly I didn’t realize he was done! Dr. Sam and his staff do an outstanding job! Dr. Sam called several times before the teeth extractions to make sure that my husband was taking his meds correctly! During the extractions, Dr. Sam explained to my husband, James as he went along. He also came out & spoke with me. He had the surgery on Friday & Dr. Sam called today to make sure that everything was good. We have NEVER had a dentist to call personally & check on us! If you want a GREAT dentist, then we would highly recommend Park Creek Dental and Dr. Sam! I just visited Park Creek dental as a patient myself. The cap on my front tooth fell off while brushing on Thursday night. I called first thing Friday morning. They told me to come in right before they closed. They took pictures of my teeth & sent them off to help match the new permanent cap to my teeth. The new cap matched perfectly!! Dr. Sam talks to you & makes you feel comfortable! Favorite dentist I have been to! The office is a very warm and welcoming setting, with the benefit of high tech dental equipment. All of the staff I have met have been friendly and flexible with scheduling/appointments/etc. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nemat- he’s the best dentist I have gone to. He isn’t pushy with procedures or costly upgrades like a lot of the ones I have been to in the past. He’s very skilled and wants to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible! I never feel rushed in my appointments and it’s easy to ask him questions and not feel judged. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his practice and that the staff enjoy working there. So happy I found this gem!

I have always been so scare of dental procedures, at my age I have a lot of health issues and it is showing on my teeth. I know I found Thais practice on FB and he was highly recommend. And when I found out he is open every other Saturday. I was already getting my fear under control, you see I work 60 hrs a week. Therefore Saturdays was my salvation, now having multiple procedures done. I wouldn’t go any other place. The care of the staff it’s a five star, You can see they really care (you are not just a number) the administration staff checks on you before, during and after. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Dr Sam and his entire staff are a pleasure to work with. They are warm friendly and caring. I scheduled an on online appointment on a Friday night after I broke a tooth. Within 15 minutes of making that appointment I received a text message to see what the problem was and to find out if I was in any pain. An appointment was made for 9am Saturday morning. My problem was taken care of with kindness and expertise that I was very grateful for. I have found my family dentist for life. Definitely give them a try if you are looking for a new dentist for you and your family you won’t be disappointed.

Five stars, ten stars, a hundred stars! I can honestly say Dr. Sam is the best dentist I've ever been to, and I've been to a fair few. It's not just that he's skilled, which he obviously is, but that he guides you through the process with great care. I can be very anxious at the dentist, but he made me feel comfortable even while he was drilling my tooth. When he was finished I couldn't believe how much better my tooth felt! It was like there was never a cavity to begin with. Beyond that, the whole practice was so welcoming and helpful. The receptionist was nice and made the new patient sign-up and billing super easy and easy to understand. The dental assistant was great at taking x rays and making me feel comfortable despite my nervousness. Everything felt modern while retaining the charm of a small practice. Great from top to bottom! Look, there aren't a lot of people out there who get excited to go to the dentist. "Oh boy, I get to have a bunch of metal things poking and scraping around my mouth!" is not a common thing people say. But we all have to do it, and Dr. Sam and his crew are the best people you can have helping you through. Thank you for everything!
My normal dentist office closed and moved over an hour away. I had an emergency with a very painful tooth. I called all around on a Friday and couldn't find anyone locally open until I found Park Creek! They got me in right away and started a root canal I needed. I have never had a dentist office be so kind make sure your comfortable and explain absolutely everything they were fixing to do. I'm so thankful I have found them. They have earned a new patient!!

After having a previous dentist do a horrible job on 3 fillings, I had to find a new dentist very quickly because I was in a lot of pain. I decided to give Dr. Sam a try because he was close to home and had pretty good reviews. I am so glad I came to him. He heard all of my concerns and listened to my entire story about how badly the other dentist had messed up my teeth. He gave me many options. He didn’t push or force anything. He gave me a referral to get a root canal, when we realized a crown wasn’t going to be enough to fix the pain in one of my worst teeth. He did everything he could to help me as quickly as possible and even had compassion and said he was sorry I had to go through such a bad experience before coming to him. He did a great job on my crown too. My other older crowns, usually took a lot of adjusting and a lot of time to make them fit just right. But this one fit the first time and no pain or adjusting at all. I highly recommend Dr. Sam.

Dr Sam has excellent personality and professional skills. I’ve had worked with a dentist who had 30 years experience in the past. My doctor moved overseas and I had to make an appointment with Dr Sam taking my buddy’s referral. No doubt he is knowledgeable, kind and skillful. I had deep cleaning with him and he gave me heads up before every necessary move and I knew what to expect beforehand. Deep cleaning could be nightmare with wrong doctors. Dr. Sam handled it very well and I had minimal pain. I would say like a couple of pinches. The look was beautiful after the cleaning and recovery was so fast. My sensitivity was gone within 24 hours unlike my other deep cleaning sensitivities took like 72 hours. That’s probably because he did very careful not to damage my gums. I will be going back for a checkup in 6 weeks and 3 months for another cleaning. The scheduling was easy and Mia at the office was so helpful explaining the charges and savings she found. I’m very satisfied with the whole aspect of the service I received and will be back for anything I need. I already referred two of my friends and they were happy with the service and cost as well. Thank you all!
If i could give 10 stars, I would!! To anybody getting any kind of dental work done, I highly recommend Dr. Sam and his amazing staff!! From the first day I came in, he was incredibly professional, very meticulous and patient about his work. He ensured that I was comfortable and constantly asked for reassurance on how I felt about the finished product. I had come in a few months ago to get two crowns and we started the process a few days after my first consultation and got the temporary crowns. Unfortunately, due to some unprecedented events, I was unable to continue the process for some time. They were extremely patient with me throughout that time and the temporary crowns held up incredibly throughout that time as well!! I cannot stress this enough, Dr. Sam is the one to see.

How often has anyone referred to their dental appointment as ‘best ever?’. I give Park Creek 5 stars as I can’t find anything wrong with my visit and their service. The staff are consummate professionals. They are kind, attentive and, caring. In steps the dentist and it was clear the phenomenal leadership under which they operate. I felt like I was his only patient. He listened, took time to explain to me what I didn’t understand & he did it without being condescending. That is not common!! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Dr. Sam and his staff are highly professional and they have some of the most amazing equipment. Ask about their 3D X-rays, which allowed my son and I to see a complete personal model of our teeth - this was included in our cleaning! With this model my son and I could see all the places we were missing (from flossing and brushing). If you are looking for a personal experience, tailored for you, I implore you to check them out. I've been a patient of Dr. Sam for about four years. When I first began to use his services he was five minutes from my house. Now he is one hour away and I don't mind the drive because of the care I receive from him. He has performed one extraction, prepped and installed four crowns and one filling. All procedures were done expertly and without any complication. Dr. Sam is very skilled and patient comfort is a high priority with him. I am totally satisfied with the outcome of all procedures he has performed.
First let me say that like most I really dislike the notion of having dental work. The building was in a beautiful setting, very serine and comforting, not the usual. The staff took the necessary time and then some to make me comfortable. As for Dr Sam, very considerate and pleasant. Never did feel that things were being rushed to get to the next patient, my overall experience was the best I’ve ever had! I have scheduled everything that I was fearing and putting off for another day. 5 stars from me!
After not going to the dentist for five years due to some fear, Dr. Sam made me feel very comfortable and made my experience as painless as possible, even when I had to get my first cavities ever filled. I would highly recommend this practice!

So I’ve been searching for a dentist that I can call “home.” The past two offices I’ve visited wasn’t the best experiences. I started googling dental offices near me, and I stumbled upon this practice. I’m super EXCITED to say, “I have found my new HOME dental office!” Dr. Sam is AMAZING, and actually listens to any concerns you may have with your mouth. As well as making the best decisions that’s more beneficial for long term success. His whole staff is AMAZING as well!

Everyone was very nice and helpful from the lady that made my appointment to Dr. Sam. Everything was explained to me and the reasons recommendations were made for treatment. No one tried to push any treatment just made recommendations. I would definitely recommend.
I had nothing but great experience at Dr. Nemat’s office. He is extremely ethical and treated me like family. I will be coming here for my check ups and cleanings going forward.

Dr.Sam’s work is amazing. He did a couple of fillings and a root canal for me and it was the smoothest, most painless work I’ve ever had done by a dentist. Him and his staff are very nice, attentive, and patient. I really liked his work and I’m definitely coming back for any future dental needs.

Woke up Had a abses and they told me to come on in.. he pulled it with no issue.. and even gave me a good cash price with no insurance.... Highly recommend
Very professional and they also let their patients know what’s going on through the procedure so the patient isn’t lost. Everyone who works here is cool and respectful! Looking forward to seeing them all again

It had been a few years of fear, bad breath, and bleeding gums. I could barely smile, and my sense of self-worth took a hit. But yesterday, everything changed. After going to this dentist, I am not terrified to sit in the dental chair anymore. I can’t express my gratitude enough to the entire team. From the time I walked in the door, they went out of their way to make me comfortable. They have given me my smile back and for that, I will always appreciate what they did for me.
So grateful to have found Dr. Sam! We are a military family and have seen dentists in four different states. After today's visit, we realize things were clearly missed or at least not brought to my attention. Dr. Sam immediately caught that our daughter was born without one of her permanent teeth. He shared the need to address this quickly with an orthodontist to prevent possible surgery down the road, not to mention a much greater expense if not addressed early! Thank you Dr. Sam for caring enough about your patients to make them more than a number!
